  Avoid. Ignorant service, ill mannered, wanted wheel alignment. No welcome or hello. Just wanted my details, I just wanted front wheel alignment but the blood shot eyed dud just said all four. When asked how long (bearing in mind it was an empty garage) 1.30hrs. When asked how much - £33 and that’s per adjustment, so when I said that’s over £120 the dud said yes. Awful, I declined and went to Maidenhead tyre and exhaust. Just needed fronts and it was done in 30 mins for £39 with the rears checked as ok. The chaps name at National might be Mark, he was dim, filthy, pained expression and unable to answer basic questions. Obviously reliant on people he can stitch up.

  Changed from 2 to 1 star after i found the services which i had purchased was not completed and was told it should sort itself out. There was no information given about the job, any useful bits of information to help consumers. I felt as though they were getting through the jobs as quickly as possible. I had to ring back as my steering was off centre, but was advised to drive it in for some time and eventually would settle. There was no information about the tracking, whether at all it was completed... what the current state of tracking was, what corrective action was completed... only listed on the invoice. This outfit would readily operate without a care in the world taking people's money and offering a shoddy service in return. If ever there was a case it get robots in to fully automate the place in place of humans, this should be the first candidate. The second would be the clowns who let this go on for what seems to be a lifetime.
