  we were customers for 13 years, recently moved house, had to wait 2 weeks for internet cables to be laid and then further 2 weeks for internet and other services. When we complained as we were informed that it was 'ready' for connection and the length of time we hasd to wait for services etc, no effort was made to resolve the issue. We contacted Sky and BT and have decided to cancel our contract and go with BT, when informing them of this they offered as £60.00 refund.. not interested too little too late. To add insult to injury 2 ays after we cancelled we are unable to obtain any e-mails from our blueyonder accounts which contain important information. Disgusted... Do not use, we recommend you seek alternttive
