  I always enjoy visiting this VW dealership in Slough because of their consistency in there customer service every time I have enter Lyn on the welcome counter always greets me with a warm smile and insists I take a seat and ask me if I’d like a hot or cold drink. When you get outstanding service like this every time it means so much to me I often come along with other people and some are severely disabled the reception is always of the highest quality every time. I’ve had some issues with My car passet estate 2011 and Michael Gosling and Adrian Chapman are so courteous and professional at all times I really do feel as a valued customer and nothing is to much trouble for them they are both very caring and are completely honest with me which is so much appreciated they never rush you away even when they are so busy they still make you feel very welcomed and with other customers and their own colleagues.
